Jane Graydon, PCC, is a Senior Associate of Weiss International Ltd. She is an accredited Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She also is the International Coaching Federation Toronto Chapter President (5+ years on Board). She is an experienced thought partner who inspires leaders to realize their full potential and deliver unprecedented results through feedback, self-discovery, and accountability.
Jane Graydon has over 25 years of executive coaching, leadership development and real-life, in-the-trenches business experience. She has successfully coached leaders and entrepreneurs within organizations of all sizes across a range of industries and has a unique appreciation of guiding complex organizations through change. Jane’s clients value her ability to quickly build relationships, propel them to identify opportunities for growth and turn their vision to reality.
Prior to establishing her own leadership coaching practice, Jane held executive positions in global telecommunications and healthcare. Roles included VP Human Resources, SVP Client Services, Chief Privacy Officer, Senior Change Manager and Director of Leadership Strategy. Jane also taught Leadership at Simon Fraser University at the master’s and undergraduate levels.
Jane received her MBA in Human Resources from McMaster University. Subsequently, she she completed post graduate international business studies, at the Boeki Kenshu Center (IIST), Fujinomiya, Japan and completed her executive coaching training at Adler International. She is an active member of the Toronto Organization Development Network, the Strategic Capability Network, the Toronto OD Network, and the International Coaching Federation. She also was a finalist for the Surrey Women in Business Award from the Surrey Board of Trade.
