Aileen M. Edwards is a Senior Associate of Weiss International Ltd. She is an experienced Leadership Coach and Human Resources (HR) Executive with extensive experience coaching individual leaders and facilitating complex business change and operations. Aileen is a Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation, a Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach, and a Registered Corporate Coach. She also has over 25 years of experience in training and leadership development in areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational development, and human resources.

Previously, Aileen held senior Healthcare HR positions as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Markham Stouffville Hospital, with over 2,300 employees. She also was the Senior Director, Corporate Health Safety & Wellness for Unity Health Toronto, with over 10,000 employees.
Aileen has a Master of Arts degree in leadership from Royal Roads University and she completed the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Aileen is the Chair of the Board for the Three Oaks Foundation in Belleville, and also sits on the Board of Directors at Quinte Health Care (QHC), and a Board Liaison for QHC on the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
