Senior Associate
Aileen M. Edwards, M.A., ACC, is a Senior Associate with Weiss International Ltd. She is an experienced Executive and Leadership Coach and Human Resources (HR) executive with extensive experience coaching individual leaders and facilitating complex change. Aileen is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, a Business Coaching Advantage Certified Coach, and a Registered Corporate Coach. She also has over 25 years of experience in training and leadership development in areas such as diversity, equity and inclusion, organizational development, and human resources.

Aileen works with a range of clients and organizations and enjoys working with clients at all levels who want to make changes to move forward in their career and personal lives.
Aileen also has expertise in human resources, organizational development, diversity, equity and inclusion training and leadership development. Aileen excels in building strong and trusted relationships with boards, senior management, employees, and labour unions. She is an authentic collaborative and experienced leader and coach with a strong executive presence, who is capable of positively influencing stakeholders by blending big-picture viewpoints with tactical considerations to inspire, build trust, and deliver unified business outcomes.
Previously, Aileen held senior HR positions as a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Markham Stouffville Hospital, with over 2,300 employees. She also was the Senior Director, Corporate Health Safety & Wellness for Unity Health Toronto, with over 10,000 employees. Some of her areas of specialty include:

Aileen has a Master of Arts degree in leadership from Royal Roads University and she completed the Advanced Program in Human Resources Management at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. Aileen is the Chair of the Board for the Three Oaks Foundation in Belleville, and also sits on the Board of Directors at Quinte Health Care (QHC), and a Board Liaison for QHC on the Trenton Memorial Hospital Foundation.
