Dr. David S. Weiss
Dr. David Weiss, Ph.D., ICD.D, CHRE, PCC, is President & CEO of Weiss International Ltd., a firm specializing in innovative thinking, leadership coaching, and HR consulting. David is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and a Ph.D. Registered Psychologist. He has over 25 years of experience working with executives and high potential talent. He also has provided consulting on 1000s of projects, delivered over 230 conference presentations, and authored 7 books including the bestseller "Innovative Intelligence." David’s doctorate is from the University of Toronto, and he has three master’s degrees. Previously, he was VP and Chief Innovation Officer at a multi-national consulting firm, Affiliate Professor of the Rotman School of Management, and Senior Research Fellow at Queen's University. Jane Graydon, BComm, MBA, PCC, is a Senior Associate of Weiss International Ltd. who has gained a reputation for exemplary leadership and executive coaching. Jane brings over 30 years of leadership experience, including as Chief Privacy Officer, Head of Human Resources and Senior Vice President Client Services with responsibility for 360 locations and over 3000 employees . Michelle DeGroot, M.S., ACC, is a Senior Associate with Weiss International Ltd. with a specialty in leadership coaching for indigenous populations. As a coach, Begum is a co-active partner who inspires her clients to lead with confidence, clarity and purpose. She has worked in the Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) space for over 30 years as a consultant, trainer, and educator. Begum is actively involved with local and global organizations in coach education, training, and as a mentor coach. Begum has a doctorate in Educational Leadership & Policy, and a master’s in Counselling Psychology. Teri Nghiem (M.Sc.) is a Senior Associate and Researcher of Weiss International Ltd. She is a specialist in strategy and transformation, organizational effectiveness, human resource management and planning, organizational design, business and functional analysis and talent management. Teri holds a Master of Science from Washington University with a specialty in Cognition and Neuroscience, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. She is a co-author of the role of the gap effect in the orienting of attention: Evidence for express attentional shifts which appeared in Visual Cognition. Teri has been recognized as a member of the transformation project team which received the IPAC/Deloitte Public Sector Leadership Silver Award for Leading the Transformation in Stewardship.
